Late last year, I wrote an article on the PlayStation 5, predicting that it would be revealed in September of 2018. (It was a very popular article for the time, and you can read it here .) While I still think that date is a good estimate for the PS5’s release, I’ve recently met with some representatives from a game company that has a close relationship with Sony, and they are working on a new gaming console that they think will be revealed at E3 2019. The goal of this article is to briefly explain what the new console is called, and give a few rough specs of the device.
The PlayStation 5 has moved from rumor to fact over the last year. Now the console is just days away from release, and the real question is: will it live up to its potential? It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of the PlayStation 4. I’ve owned it since launch, and I’ve been impressed with the console’s power and performance for years. It has been the standard by which I measure all other game consoles.
The psychological horror film The Medium from the Bloober team will be released on the 3rd. September for PlayStation 5.
The Medium, released earlier this year for the Xbox Series X|S and PC (you can read our review here), invites players to take on the role of Marianne, a psychic with many psychic abilities.
