Is Nintendo going to be at E3 2021?

One of the biggest talking points at E3 next year will be Nintendo. Rumours that the company is planning to make an appearance at the event have been rife for some time, and now it seems this will officially be the case. Nintendo has already confirmed that it will be attending the event, and as such it will be making an official announcement regarding its plans for E3 2021. Nintendo surprised a lot of people at E3 2019 when it announced it would be skipping the show for the first time in over two decades. This isn’t unprecedented, however, as the company has skipped the show in previous years and it didn’t actually announce the NX (its previous home console) until after it had already been playable. It’s hard to say what exactly Nintendo’s absence means for the show it used to be the biggest sponsor of in the world, but it’s not impossible to imagine we won’t see the company in attendance again soon.
