Pokémon have been around for 20 years now, and while the franchise is known for its “gotta catch ‘em all” attitude, many trainers are more interested in the history of the Pokémon world. The most mysterious Pokémon of all time is Arceus, a god-like creature that created the universe and gave birth to Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. It is unique in the way that it is the only Pokémon that knows the move “Judgment,” which is a powerful move that inflicts heavy damage on the opponent.

The Pokémon Company has revealed the next mythical Pokémon to be included in their legendary Pokémon series: Arceus. The game will be available for download across the globe on January 28, and is a remake of the original Pokémon Diamond and Pearl versions, meaning that it will feature the region of Sinnoh, its respective Pokémon, and all the characters that were present in the original games.

Legendary Pokémon are among the most powerful creatures in the Pokémon universe. They can be used to defend your fortresses, to attack your enemies, or to explore the world. Many of them can only be obtained via special events, and the first of these events will be happening in Pokémon Shuffle next week!
