Trailer 1: The second trailer for Beautiful Desolation , the upcoming post-apocalyptic action game from the creator of the Side-Scroller Action RPG series, has been released. In this trailer you can see the game’s main character, the Girl, who is shown after she has been rescued from her cell by the Player.
Beautiful Desolation was my favourite game from last year, and now it’s getting two new trailers, for both the Vita version and the upcoming Nintendo Switch version, which was also supposed to be released in 2016. The new trailer for Beautiful Desolation on the Vita is called ‘A New Home’, and it’s about the Vita version’s post-apocalyptic world. The trailer for the Nintendo Switch version is called ‘The Journey Begins’, and it’s about the character’s journey across the wastelands, against hordes of zombies. The trailers are both really good, but I’m more hyped about the Switch version. If you haven’t played Beautiful Desolation, I definitely recommend that you do, because it’s a really good game. ~~
Beautiful Desolation, the upcoming survival horror game by F.E.A.R. developer Monolith Productions, has received two new trailers, showcasing the game’s chilling world and its extreme weather systems. Players take on the role of an airman stationed at an abandoned airbase in the aftermath of a nuclear catastrophe. Their only goal is to survive the horrors of the abandoned base.

The world of Beautiful Desolation is set in the post-apocalyptic landscape of South Africa and has been transformed by alien technology. This two-dimensional isometric adventure features over 40 unique and quirky characters, thousands of lines of dialogue, and a variety of story options. Mick Gordon, who previously worked on DOOM and Prey, has also lent his talents to the game’s soundtrack. Check out the two videos below to see what makes this game interesting:

According to Chris Bischoff, creative director of the Fellowship: When other developers ask us how we can justify the time and effort we put into creating these scenes for the game, I ask them: Remember the scenes in StarCraft? …and they figured it out right away. I grew up playing this game and still remember every scene in the story. They take you deeper into the world or make the characters more tangible, and that’s what I wanted to do with BEAUTIFUL DESOLATION. The competition takes place on the 28th.
